SUNBEAMsystem MINI-MPPT is a compact and efficient solar charge controller that combines portability with powerful performance. Now upgraded with MPPT technology, improving charging efficiency by 30-50% depending on conditions. It supports solar panels up to 140W while maintaining a low self-consumption of just 0.009A, despite its miniature design.
Informative Display
The built-in screen provides real-time information, including battery voltage, charging current, device temperature, error codes, selected battery type, and charge status. The multi-function button allows easy control over settings and information display.
Temperature Compensation & Charging Stages
Lead-acid batteries require temperature compensation to prevent overcharging in heat and undercharging in cold conditions. LiFePO4 batteries do not require this, so the compensation is automatically disabled in LiFePO4 mode.
Intelligent 4-Stage Charging
- CC / Boost: Charges at a constant current, utilizing the maximum power available from the solar panel.
- Equalization / Desulfation: Activates every 7 days when continuously connected, helping revive lead-acid batteries and extending the CC phase up to 14.6V (included in STD mode).
- CV / Absorption: Maintains constant voltage, finalizing the main charging phase.
- Float Maintenance Charge: Keeps lead-acid batteries at full charge when idle. Not needed for LiFePO4.
a. SMART LITHIUM can handle float charging while in daily use, but if left unused, switch to LiFePO4 mode to disable float charging.
Battery Type Compatibility
- Standard: Lead-acid, SMART LITHIUM, LiFePO4 (without Winter Mode), and some AGM batteries (supporting 14.6V every 7 days).
- Gel: A gentler charge mode for Gel-type batteries and specific AGM models without 14.6V support.
- LiFePO4: Specifically designed for LiFePO4 batteries, including SMART LITHIUM when in storage mode.
