Access to and use of SUNBEAMsystem online shop and www.SUNBEAMsystem.com (the “Website”) are subject to the following terms and conditions. If you access the website, browse or place an online order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
To place an order on the Website, you must be over 18 years of age and must be resident within any of the countries to which SUNBEAMsystem delivers.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information. If you have any questions about SUNBEAMsystem, these terms and conditions or our Website, please do not hesitate to contact SUNBEAMsystem Customer Service.

SUNBEAMsystem retains the right to amend, modify or withdraw: the Website, these terms and conditions at its discretion without notice. The terms and conditions valid at the time of placing the order shall be applicable to the order, even when there are subsequent amendments. These terms and conditions are constructed and shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Sweden and directives from the European Union.
This Website also contains links to other websites (such as order tracking), which are not operated by SUNBEAMsystem. SUNBEAMsystem has no control over the linked sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
3. Terms of purchase
SUNBEAMsystem only accepts orders made from our Website. We currently cannot process orders via telephone, e-mail, or by post.
To place an order on the Website, you must be over 18 years of age and must be resident within any of the countries to which SUNBEAMsystem delivers. You must also provide us with a delivery address and contact details (such as e-mail addresses and mobile number). This can be done either in the shopping cart, at the checkout, or by registering a customer profile on the Website.
Items placed in the shopping cart are not reserved until the order is placed and confirmed by SUNBEAMsystem through an order sent to your email address.
a) Contract and confirmation of order
When ordering goods on the website, a binding agreement to buy is concluded only after SUNBEAMsystem has confirmed the order to the email address given by you (Order Confirmation). The order confirmation is sent to your email address when SUNBEAMsystem has registered the order and received payment. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or on any public holiday will be confirmed no later than the following business day at 6pm.
b) Pricing and currency
Goods are sent from Sweden and priced accordingly with the EU rules of taxation. Depending on your current country, the price may or may not include VAT. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
Prices given on the date when the Customer makes an order are valid throughout the entire purchase process.
c) Discount and promotion codes
SUNBEAMsystem may from time to time offer promotional discounts, with or without a promotion code. Promotions with codes are generally valid only once, and once the code is used it will be deactivated and therefore the code will no longer be valid.
Promotions cannot be added to an order after the order is confirmed, therefore you must ensure that the voucher is registered before you can confirm and pay the order. SUNBEAMsystem does not take responsibility for promotion codes or promotions published on external websites.
SUNBEAMsystem reserves the right to withdraw a promotion or promotional code at any time.
When a campaign or promotion is communicated in printed material, or in digital material (e.g in an email newsletter) by SUNBEAMsystem, SUNBEAMsystem states that a combination of different promotions is prohibited. SUNBEAMsystem thereby, in case of misuse of either campaigns or promotions, reserves the right to cancel the customer’s order.
SUNBEAMsystem online shop accepts the following means of payment for orders from http://SUNBEAMsystem.com/eu/. The content of other SUNBEAMsystem sites, e.g. http://SUNBEAMsystem.com/uk/, are in general the same, however differences in currencies, means of payment, and delivery options varies between one site and another.
When paying using a credit or debit card (VISA, Mastercard and other local cards), the amount of the order is immediately authorized, and the authorization will be debited when the order is dispatched.
All payments that are conducted with a credit- or debit card are made via our secure Payment Service Provider (PSP) which uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in encrypted form providing high-level security from the customer in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization control by the card issuer. If the issues of the given credit or debit card refuses to authorize the payment to SUNBEAMsystem, you shall receive a message stating that the payment couldn’t be performed. SUNBEAMsystem shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the order caused by such refusal to authorize payment.
Depending on the destination of your order, SUNBEAMsystem offers a few local direct debit solutions.
SUNBEAMsystem aims to dispatch the orders within 1-8 business days after the order is confirmed by SUNBEAMsystem. When an order is dispatched from our warehouse the customer will also receive a shipping confirmation, with information on how to track the shipment and the tracking number of the order. Note that tracking is only possible for all types of orders.
Should the delivery be materially delayed for more than 20 days, the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase. In such cases the customer is requested to contact SUNBEAMsystem Customer Service.
4. Exchanges & Returns
SUNBEAMsystem Return Policy
SUNBEAMsystem offers a 30-day return policy, which means that you can return items you have ordered up to 30 days from the date you received your order. Provided that the items returned contain the original labels, are unused and are in their original condition. You must indicate the reason for returning the goods. The returned items shall, as far as possible, be packaged in the same way as when the items were received.
What is not covered?
Customized items are not included in this policy.
How to return items from your order
To return the unwanted items by postal services, please send the items together with the Delivery Returns Form (enclosed with your order) to SUNBEAMsystem within 30 days of the date on which you received the items, to the following address:

SUNBEAMsystem suggests that the items are sent by either international priority registered post with your local post office or economy shipment, through UPS, DHL or EMS so that you can track your items. Also, SUNBEAMsystem suggests that you retain the receipt of posting or proof of shipment and the tracking number until the purchase price has been refunded.
You are liable for paying the return delivery costs unless you are returning the items because they are faulty. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession and will be responsible for the risk of damage during transport.
If you cancel your order in accordance with these terms, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the items and any standard delivery charges you paid for. Please note that SUNBEAMsystem is not obliged to refund any supplementary costs paid by you if you choose any type of delivery service other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by SUNBEAMsystem.
SUNBEAMsystem will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, no later than (a) 14 days after the day we receive the returned items from you; or (b) if earlier, 14 days after the day you provide SUNBEAMsystem with evidence that you have returned the items; or (c) if you are not yet in receipt of the items, 14 days after the date on which you have informed us that you wish to cancel the order.
SUNBEAMsystem will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees from SUNBEAMsystem as a result of the reimbursement.
When you make the return of items included in an offer, the discount is removed if you don’t meet the conditions of the offer with the remaining items. The discount will be deducted from the remaining items which you keep after the return.
SUNBEAMsystem cannot process exchanges on returned items.
5. Notice of Defect
SUNBEAMsystem carefully inspects each dispatch before the delivery to you. Should the goods nevertheless be incorrect, damaged or defective upon arrival to you, SUNBEAMsystem shall remedy the defect, free of charge, by replacing such goods with new goods, without additional expense to you.
In the event of incorrect, damaged or defective products being received, you are requested to contact SUNBEAMsystem Customer Service.
When notifying us about the defect, you are required to indicate the reason for returning the goods. After this, use the Return Form and the Return shipping label to return the defective merchandise according to the instructions for returns. Once SUNBEAMsystem has received the damaged goods, SUNBEAMsystem will process and refund you for the return shipping cost within 14 days.
If an agreement between you and Customer Service for replacement of a defective item is made, you will receive a replacement item and be refunded for your costs for the return shipment of the defective goods.
In disputes that we are unable to resolve, we recommend that the Customer contact the European Commission’s online platform for dispute resolution:
SUNBEAMsystem retains the right to withdraw the delivery of the order if there has been a clear or obvious price error on the website (e.g. the price of the product appears to be too high or too low or if the price is given as 0€. In such case, SUNBEAMsystem shall without delay inform you of the error and notify the correct price to you.
The items sold at SUNBEAMsystem.com are provided for private customers only. You agree not to use the items for any commercial or business purposes or for resale, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. Any reprint, copying, downloading, storing, transmitting or similar activity relating to texts and images presented on SUNBEAMsystem.com for any other purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of SUNBEAMsystem, is prohibited.
SUNBEAMsystem is not liable for any errors in texts or images and is only liable for loss of data, loss of income or profit or loss from claims by third parties arising out of the use of the website or for any products or services purchased from SUNBEAMsystem.com where such loss is a foreseeable result of SUNBEAMsystem breach of these terms or its negligence, but SUNBEAMsystem is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of our breach or if they were contemplated by you and SUNBEAMsystem at the time we entered into the Contract. SUNBEAMsystem shall have no liability for any delay in the delivery of products to the extent that the delay is caused by any event outside of SUNBEAMsystem’s reasonable control, including but not limited to war, flood, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, governmental actions and any other similar events.
While SUNBEAMsystem aims to accurately describe items and images on SUNBEAMsystem.com, there may be minor color variations between the images and the actual products due to a number of factors such as the used internet browser or the monitors color contrast configurations. SUNBEAMsystem cannot be held responsible for differences in colors as a result of the aforementioned factors.
SUNBEAMsystem shall have the right to interrupt the use of SUNBEAMsystem.com at any time, for example on account of maintenance procedures.
